D	David Acosta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel muy bonito, el recepcionista que era extranjero (argentino) nos dejo rato esperando al hacer el check in por estar viendo en la computadora relojes. La cocina que nos ofrecieron como compartida no la usamos porque estaba sucia y habían ollas sin lavar. Aun asi lo recomiendo pero deben cuidar mucho el personal que contratan eso marca la diferencia. The hotel was very nice, the receptionist who was a foreigner (Argentine) left us waiting for a while at check-in because he was looking at watches on the computer. We did not use the kitchen that they offered us as shared because it was dirty and there were unwashed pots. I still recommend it but the staff they hire must take great care that makes a difference.

Bastante limpio en sus camas y baños y cuenta con una agradable terraza con bar, y cocina ambas frente a la alberca. La piscina pequeña pero con bonito diseño ( tipo vista al infinito). Bien en general para el precio y con respecto a otros en la zona más caros y ya viejos o descuidados. It is almost new, relatively close to the Tulum ruins (3km) and close to downtown as well. Quite clean in its beds and bathrooms and it has a nice terrace with a bar, and a kitchen both in front of the pool. Small pool but beautifully designed (infinity view type). Overall good for the price and compared to others in the area more expensive and already old or neglected.

A pesar que soy de tulum me hospede en este lugar la gente tan amable y servicial la piscina esta de lujo las habitaciones cómodas sin duda lo recomendaría y espero regresar pronto. Excellent service. Even though I am from Tulum, I stayed in this place, the people are so friendly and helpful, the pool, this luxury, the comfortable rooms, I would definitely recommend it and I hope to return soon.

Loud music, chatting, screaming all night, until morning. They stole money from our luggage, and when we asked them, they never found the password to the camera app. So it’s a very-very bad place
