If you want to have a REAL what its like in Mexico experience, this is it. The staff here is genuinely glad to have you and serve you. If you are picky that everything has to be just so, or you are used to being treated a certain way in the States, this vacation is probably not for you. What you are getting is the BEST they have and can do for you,and welcome you enthusiastically. When you come here,come with an open mind for the experience and not the frills. I have friends that I would not bring here, others would absolutely get "it"and have a great time here as I did. People here live simpley and are happy.......think about that! Come here gracious and respectful,take in the sights,sounds and way of live here and you will go home with a deeper appreciation of this place. I LOVE IT HERE!

Location, location, location. Hotel Central is one of Sayulitas most historic landmarks for being the first bed in breakfast in Sayulita. You can’t beat its location in this busy little town. Everything is right there coffee, food, spa, beach, plaza, and convenience stores all at a walking distance. I love staying here. In my last visit during this pandemic times it was nice to be able to retire to safety, bathroom and regroup in a snap. I found myself mostly picking up take out and eating overviewing the town. Nothing like not having to think of how to get to your place save yourself the pain of having to walk climb or drive home. Parking is insane. I highly recommend Hotel Central perfect beach spot. I’ve stayed in many rooms and found the noisiest but most party friendly room with an extra bed la Islitas. My second favorite is San Blas room it has a very relaxing porch you can hear the waves and is well is less noisy and does have a mini fridge. If you want to treat yourself to the best Playa Azul is the penthouse that and also has a porch you can hang in and big enough to do yoga, fridge and is the most spacious and of course has the best view. Recommendations bring your toiletries and portable speakers and earplugs just in case. Usually I don’t have a problem with the noise, but just in case.

Positive: The bed was firm. The linens and towels were good and looked new. They provide beach towels and the location is great! Great, custom made breakfast, including fresh fruit, toast, and cereal.. Negative: You must be prepared for very basic rooms. There is no luxury or fluff. The bathrooms are old, most everything is tile and cement. This is a fun and funky hotel. Please go with these expectations..

Know what you are getting when you come. Downside is a lot of stairs, noise from downtown, late night music, Luke warm water at best. It still gets an easy 5 stars for the value location safety friendly staff free breakfast and more. Lauren is such an incredible host. Hear the surf break, next to shops & good food. About 50 yards to beach.

Noisy to the MAX. Would not recommend. Firstly, we did not receive the room we booked at check in. The room we got was unsatisfactory by size and comfort for what we had paid and booked online. We wanted to leave and find a different place but it was already late so we decided to stay. It was a big mistake on our part. Our room didn’t have curtains to block the light. But the worst thing which I feel is downplayed in other reviews is the amount of noise that you can hear from your room. The bathroom is open to the outside so you can’t block any noise. You can hear everything. I wore earplugs and could still hear all the noise and bass from music and screaming from people. Morning is almost worse because you get woken up by the noise from cars and people from the street. There is nothing to block the noise. If you’re coming to this hotel to sleep, I would 100% recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Front desk employees were very personable and helpful! Very clean room. Perfect location! I will definitely stay here again!

I give Hotel Sayulita Central a 10 for Customer service, cleanliness! I worked for two days and the internet was on point every moment while I worked. I will definitely stay here again. I will try my best to stay in the top suite.

The to was cute, no hot water. Very uncomfortable The employees looked into the room as I was showering, no shampoo or soap available, very noisy with construction noises. The owner or manager did return our money
