★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good basic hotel for the price. It looks like it was a nice hotel Once Upon a Time but it is pretty dated now. There are very few outlets in the rooms (one by the sink and one by the desk. In case you really need one near the bed, you're out of luck) and they provide small bars of soap, shampoo, and lotion only. If you need other toiletries you must provide them yourself. I thought Housekeeping did a very good job everyday. The front desk guy was a little surly. The location is good in that it's near the subway station, but it's also on a rather busy and loud street.

Good rooms , clean , some professional people, and many convenient food locations around
Cons:
A/c is turned off by staff if they feel the weather is some what acceptable to handle. Rooms in higher levels get hotter quicker. So I don’t recommend. Called receptionist many times to turn a/c on but they will tell you okay and basically ignore your request. Windows only allow small vent elation to come in. Doesn’t really help!. Very noisy at night, sirens, cars racing, and car horns. Expect not to sleep a lot. No fans, no iron, and 2 outlets are visible to use far from bed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very good experience... As a foreigner I felt very unwelcome here. Doesn't seem like they want foreigners staying at their hotel. Nothing wrong with the room - it was decent. The bellman was quite rude and kept glaring at me. Would definetly not go back there as I felt unwelcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok place to stay. Place is a bit dated, 80s style. Our sink on 5th floor was clogged and took a long time to drain. They don't provide any water unlike the other hotels we stayed at. The good thing is that their nightstand is big. The windows on first floor don't lock which is concerning. Also, we stayed 2 nights and after first night they dumped our soap bar which is a waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent, classy hotel with impeccable service for the price. The rooms are spacious and clean, the hot water is the best I had in 4 weeks Mexico. The restaurant has a great variety of tasty dishes with affordable prices. The internet is fast. I will gladly be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a good option for the price, very cheap and it has what you need to stay the night and have a breakfast or an occasional room service request. Great location. Assigned room had a strong cigar smell, and I was able to change it until the next day. Beds aren't the most comfortable but they're ok. It takes a while for the water to get hot. Restaurant is fairly good and not expensive, although you can find cheaper and better options nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not a good experience overall even for the money paid except for the great staff and the restaurant. Wifi hardly worked. I ended up using my own connection with hotspot to finish off some important work. No air conditioner. It was chilling one night literally that I had to sleep with my jacket on. No iron box, water kettle or water bottles. Room and laundry service was good though and was well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good simple hotel. The restaurant is surprisingly good and affordable. My main complaint is the internet was terrible and almost unusable most of the time, even for checking e-mail. So if that is really important to you, I would have other options.
