Nice chill hotel, walking distance to beach and many restaurants.

Good location, right there near to bars, restaurants, taxi, near banks. Staff friendly. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable. Rooms are ok, some need maintenance but cleanliness it's acceptable. They need new pillows! Some rooms AC is very noisy and temperature can't be adjusted the temperature control on the unit has been removed. So you basically can only turned on or off. WiFi is very poor if you have some of the rooms far from the lobby. But they offer to pay additional fee and have a room with "private" Wifi. Still is not the best speed but it works. The big problem of this hotel is that the business next to the hotel is a disco night bar. So you have noise of people, cars, music basically all night long. Ask if there's going to be a live band playing because then it's basically impossible to spend the night there. If you are staying for couple of days and need to do laundry you can arrange directly with the cleaning staff. They would do your laundry for an additional fee.

Stayed in room 34. Sink was clogged and shower as well. A lot of roaches coming out of bathroom door wall. Advised to front desk and “Maintenance “was sent. We came back 5 hrs later and more roaches came out. I told FD again and never showed. I bought repellent and it seemed to work after 50 or more roaches came out. Complained to fd and said nothing they could do to fix it. They could not offer other room since they were none empty (4th Of July w/e). Tried to look for other place to stay but places were booked due to holiday w/e. We were long time customers (16 yrs) not coming back anymore. I have could tell by the time that place has deteriorated same as the customer service. To clarify I was never rude or disrespectful because by being so it never gets you anywhere and still they did not care. Sad to say. ?☹️

Just stayed there last week for four nights, total of four rooms. Never ever had 'High-speed Wi-Fi' as advertised ... never any WiFi at all! Front desk manager Beto spent 30 minutes in my room on the first night, trying 5 different networks and passwords, without success. Said he'd have maintenance look into it next day -- never happened. Also, no water pressure in our shower (Room 11). Water shut off after a couple minutes running to warm up ... had to go four days without a shower -- gross! Was shocked that they charged $1,000 deposit for two room keys!! (Would think the high room rate --$2,000 MXN/nite-- would include a key !! ) Oh yeah ... only 2 hangers per room, and no more available from front desk or housekeeping, and no hairdryers in room. Would not stay here again, or recommend it to anyone else.

Super nice remodel but beds are super small for 2 people... expensive room like most in Puerto Penasco!

Huges rooms not a clean hotel pool but we're not there for the pool It's just a little walk from the beach not very close It's a little walk if you're walking but it's worth it with price

Great rooms great price, location and service. Highly recommend staying here
