S	Sergio Ontiveros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada recomendable malísimo, te apagan el clima en la madrugada y tienes que ir a recepción a pedir que te lo prendan y si no andan de malas las personas que están ahí te hacen caso o hasta que ellos quieren y en el día y lo prenden hasta las 2 o 3 de la tarde y eso sí vas a pedir que por fsvor te lo prendan y cuando según es un servicio completo y aparte si sales de tu habitación a cualquier lado y ya tenías prendido el clima te lo vuelven a apagar y otra vez a buscarlos para que te lo prendan y pues ese tiempo que te dejan sin clima no te lo descuentan del cobro del servicio ni nada por eso es mi mala calificación y no lo recomiendo para nada, mejor busquense otro hotel si quieren comodidad Nothing badly recommended, you turn off the weather in the early morning and you have to go to the reception to ask to get it on and if they are not bad people are there they do or until they want and in the day and turn it on 2 or 3 in the afternoon and yes you're going to ask for it to fsvor you and when it is a full service and apart if you leave your room anywhere and you already had the weather turn it off again and again to look for them to get it on and then that time they leave you without the weather they do not discount you from charging the service or anything that is my bad rating and I do not recommend it at all, better look for another hotel if you want comfort

No recomendable... To be a hotel well located in the center of Iguala, bad, beds in poor condition, the fan turns off just like the light, the TV remote control does not work, the shower has no enough water, people serving you zero kindness ... not recommended ...

Ademas se meten a las habitaciones cuando no está presente el huésped. Gratis no me estoy hospedando o si? y obvio el personal de limpieza según hace su trabajo, pero yo no hablo de eso, hablo del mismo quien dice ser el propoetario del hotel que entra cuando no estás en tu habitación. Pero en fin, hablar con ustedes...es complicado, ya que su prepotencia de algunos de los tantos que se dicen ser dueños...deja mucho que desear o no? Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y viejas. 3. Cuenta con clima que encienden como a las 10 am pero lo apagan a las 12 de la noche y se encierra el calor en la habitación a pesar de tener ventilador de techo. 4. Caras las habitaciones para lo que ofrece. 5. Cuenta con estacionamiento, aunque esta a unos 200 metros del hotel. Terrible place to spend the night !!! 1.
