In some hotels it is impossible to spend the night, which is why after fleeing from them, I arrived at Hotel Sevilla de Tampico where the price is excessive ($ 820 today April 4, 2021), they do not have an elevator (they sent me to the 3rd floor) Wi-Fi does not reach the rooms, the television does not have cable service, it is requested that water be brought up and that it is hot, the rooms are old, they smell musty, the windows facing the square cannot be opened correctly by how old they are, among others. Seeing no options or good competition for lodging, the hotel is considered one of the "best" when its price and experience are not worth it. It is extremely expensive for something that in another municipality or state would pay a maximum of $ 250

The cost is cheap compared to other central hotels, but it is somewhat old and musty, the air conditioning makes a lot of noise.

Beautiful historic building. Excellent service and comfortable and clean rooms. Also excellent location. I just wish the breakfast was more varied.
