El único comentario que haría es que avisen para no estacionarse debajo del árbol de la calle, mi auto quedó lleno de resina y pasé horas limpiando para que no se dañara la pintura. Simple, clean and comfortable, it is well located. The only comment I would make is that they warn not to park under the tree on the street, my car was covered in resin and I spent hours cleaning it so that the paint would not be damaged.
C	Christian dagova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una excelente opción por qué está a unas cuadras del fuerte y del parque central, así como de uno de los principales muelles de Bacalar, puedes encontrar habitaciones desde 1200 hasta 2800 depende del tamaño, las camas y la cantidad de personas que se hospedan. Cuenta con estacionamiento sin costo en la calle afuera del hotel. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado y cuenta con una terraza con alberca que permite estar en ella hasta las 11pm. Si estás en Bacalar en busca de hospedaje, definitivamente es una excelente opción ?? It is an excellent option because it is a few blocks from the fort and the central park, as well as one of the main docks of Bacalar, you can find rooms from 1200 to 2800 depending on the size, the beds and the number of people staying. It has free parking on the street outside the hotel. All rooms have air conditioning and have a terrace with a pool that allows you to be in it until 11pm. If you are in Bacalar looking for accommodation, it is definitely an excellent option ??
Z	Zara Pe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen hotel, habitaciones amplias tal vez solo falta una mesita y algunos percheros para acomodar un poco de ropa. Limpio, personal amable y atento. Alberca bonita. Excelente ubicación cercano a la laguna y al centro. Good hotel, spacious rooms maybe just missing a small table and some hangers to accommodate some clothes. Clean, friendly and attentive staff. Nice pool. Excellent location near the lagoon and downtown.

A un paso del centro. Es una zona muy linda. Bacalar es mágico. To spend one night is fine, the room is very small! They are undergoing renovations these weeks but they told us before if we agreed to stay the same. One step to the center. It is a very nice area. Bacalar is magical.

Żadnych szaf wieszaków biurek czy krzeseł. Nie polecam. At pool level, the rooms are microscopic. There is a bed, a small bathroom and it can fit 2 people and two suitcases. The rooms are empty. No wardrobes, hangers, desks or chairs. I do not recommend.

Staff unhelpful, when we asked to upgrade the “guard” said they were fully booked, when they were in fact empty. The hotel is a construction site with jackhammering most of the day. Complementary instant coffee from 7-11 am, prepare to beg for water for the kettle.
A	Alex Sava on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away. Don't trust the photos!You will get a 6 sqm (60ft) mouldy capsule priced as a decent 3-star hotel. Concrete bunker style room with no mobile (let alone wifi) signal. No chairs, tables etc. The tour recommended by the hotel turned out to be twice the price and far worse quality than any street one.
