★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación no tiene puerta en el baño. La alberca está helada y en la regadera de la habitación no sale agua caliente. No te garantizan un lugar de estacionamiento porque no están asignados por habitación. La atención es muy mal y deficiente.
 The room does not have a door on the bathroom. The pool is freezing and the shower in the room does not have hot water. You are not guaranteed a parking spot because they are not assigned per room. The attention is very bad and poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de wifi, la alberca está helada pero sobre todo sucia. El trato al huésped es malo. Y la gota que derramo el vaso fue que no había agua caliente para bañarnos.
Lousy Wi-Fi service, the pool is freezing but above all dirty. The treatment of the guest is bad. And the final straw was that there was no hot water to bathe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para hospedarse la habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, estaba en buenas condiciones, el wi-fi es deficiente pero no te dejará incomunicado la alberca está disponible solo asta las 10pm
Good place to stay the room has air conditioning, it was in good condition, the wi-fi is poor but it will not leave you isolated the pool is available only until 10pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En temporada baja puedes bien relajarte en su alberca la cual esta techada al 50% aunque es pequeña. Sin embargo es excelente para refrescarte por el calor de Jalpan. Recien fuimos en mayo a 43 °C pero aun asi se disfruta. El cuarto con aire acondicionado, camas cómodas y tv con pocos canales pero aun asi super recomendable. Excelente relación costo beneficio.
In low season you can well relax in its pool which is 50% covered although it is small. However, it is excellent to cool off from the Jalpan heat. We just went in May at 43 ° C but still enjoy it. The room with air conditioning, comfortable beds and TV with few channels but still highly recommended. Excellent cost-benefit ratio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio es accesible, buen ver, no está lejos del centro de Jalpan, pero, en servicio queda a deber varias cosas.
-Camas duras
-Falta de agua caliente en regadera
-Falta de puerta en el baño de habitación
-Falta Mantenimiento en alberca (fría y sucia)
-Falta de espacio en Estacionamiento
-Falta de atención en servicio de recepción.
-Internet limitado, no hay buena conexión y es temporal.
El restaurante no tuve la necesidad de utilizarlo ?
