We called and they said a price of 510 per night and we told them that we were going to arrive right now we arrived two minutes later and when we entered they said 1500 that is a scam a robbery be careful when you go to this place.

During the night, my mother, an elderly person, needed a blanket. The first night they argued that they all had them in the laundry room. The second night, the person in charge named Miguel simply said that they did not have them, so I requested an extra blanket, to which I replied that the he cannot give bedspreads or sheets because they are locked and he does not have it, and nobody could solve my problem until tomorrow when the owner could come, Mr. Miguel was accompanied by another man, he did not know if he was a guest who interfered in the conversation and rudely addressing me so I ignored him because of his drunken state, they do not do the daily cleaning, the toilet paper ran out and they did not put it back, this was the first time I stayed in this place because where did he stay me there was always no space, I do not recommend it due to its lack of quality customer service, its facilities are good, but not the service, if you If you are used to staying in a place where the well-being of the client is quality and friendly during your stay, this place is not for you.
