★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best value for the money. The room was clean and very large. It was quiet and we could not hear any noise from the street or from the nearby music bar.The bathroom had good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower.
We had a problem with the TV: the maintenance guy was there in less than 2 minutes to fix the issue.
The attention at the reception was professional.
The only major problem: there is NO outlet available in the room (only one in the bathroom): so there is no way you can charge your tablet, laptop or mobile phone unless you bring your own extension cord and a multi-outlet.
The WiFi signal did not reach our room (the last room at the North end of the hallway).
We will surely come back if we are in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though we didn't get there in car, they sent us to the motel area so we had to walk in the cold. DVD in the room didn't even turn on. There was no way to close the hot tub so water kept draining and air jets were not strong enough. Water in shower was not hot enough. There was only one power outlet in the room where to plug our cell phones and it wasn't close to any furniture so we had to take turns charging our devices and leave them on the floor while they charged. The overall experience was not good and the $500 pesos we paid for the room were not worth it. Now, since we only needed a place to stay for the night, it served its purpose.
