★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for two weeks and it was 12 days too long. Completely unresponsive staff, no hot water after 10 am or before 8 pm, and I saw the cleaning guy leave my room two hours after the lady had cleaned it. He had no cleaning supplies and I was shy a few pesos I had left out afterward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non luxurious hotel, basic services but rooms are spacious and confortable. We use it a lot because of its location in the north side of town; close to the largest and newest shopping malls as well to the beach.
