A	ALEJANDRO X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitación con colchones malos solo cuenta con ventilador la mayoría, y si quieres clima está más caro no cuenta con agua caliente,la alberca no es 24hrs cómo se anuncia, muchos pensarían si solo voy a dormir y ya, pero como este hotel está de paso a la quebrada hay tráfico y en la noche pasan muchos carros a todo volumen e incluso afuera del hotel que no te dejan dormir cuando así lo requieras,el hotel no cuenta con refrigerador por si quisieras llevar comida,en fin es mi opinión tu decides si te hospedas ya que por el precio no esperes mucho Room with bad mattresses, most only have a fan, and if you want climate it is more expensive, it does not have hot water, the pool is not 24 hours as advertised, many would think if I just go to sleep and that's it, but since this hotel is passing through There is traffic to the ravine and at night many cars pass at full volume and even outside the hotel that do not let you sleep when you need it, the hotel does not have a refrigerator in case you want to bring food, in the end it is my opinion you decide if you stay because for the price do not expect much

Te tratan súper mal, como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, esta pésimo el personal, cuando me hospede ahí me estuvieron presionando de mala manera que les desocupara la habitación a la de ya, y como estaba dormido hasta se asomaron por el balcón de a lado a ver qué hacía, INVADIENDO MI PRIVACIDAD pésimo del personal, el señor don Carlos dueño del hotel es una persona muy amable, debería de cambiar su personal.? The owner of the hotel super friendly, the hotel is nice but the staff is disgusting, it is not possible for the staff to behave as if they were the owners of the hotel, especially the cleaning man and the other lady. They treat you super badly, as if they were doing you a favor, the staff is lousy, when I stayed there they were pressuring me in a bad way to vacate the room for the other one, and since I was asleep they even looked out of the balcony of another side to see what he was doing, INVADING MY PRIVACY lousy staff, Mr. Don Carlos owner of the hotel is a very kind person, he should change his staff.?
C	Cesar Casa perras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un hotel agradable y económico, habitaciónes limpias con una hermosa vista al mar ,el personal de limpieza amables , la alberca estaba un poco sucia pero preguntamos si la podian limpiar y muy amablemente la limpiaron ,en lo personal yo si lo recomiendo, para llegar y dormir incluso para disfrutar de la alberca ya que es algo grande ,sin duda pienso volver al hotel sinfonía en mi siguiente viaje a Acapulco!! A nice and affordable hotel, clean rooms with a beautiful view of the sea, friendly cleaning staff, the pool was a little dirty but we asked if they could clean it and they very kindly cleaned it, personally I do recommend it, to get there and sleep even to enjoy the pool since it is something big, without a doubt I plan to return to the Sinfonia hotel on my next trip to Acapulco !!

Solo un consejo para quien lo visita por primera vez, por ninguna razón acepten la habitación 405! Es totalmente inhumana jajajaja se encierra el calor horrible y no entra aire, no tiene ventana y es mucho más pequeña que las demás. Las mejores, definitivamente son las q tienen vista al mar!!! Delivers what it promises... It's a budget hotel in every way. Just a tip for first time visitors, for no reason accept room 405! It's totally inhuman hahahaha the horrible heat is enclosed and no air enters, it doesn't have a window and it's much smaller than the others. The best ones are definitely the ones with ocean views!!!

Nos robaron dos celulares y unos audífonos y no quisieron hacerse responsables. Aparte tienen gente viviendo ahí y ensucian muy feo la alberca. Cero recomendable I know the place is cheap, but that doesn't give them the right to search your belongings when they should only be cleaning. They stole two cell phones and some headphones from us and they didn't want to take responsibility. Besides, they have people living there and they dirty the pool very ugly. zero recommended
L	LIAND OCHOA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel económico agradable, las habitaciones con vista al mar, la alberca tiene temperatura agradable y estaba muy limpia, el ambiente está padre, la recepción fue muy buena llegamos muy temprano y nos dejaron ingresar a esa hora y un día antes estuvieron al pendiente de nuestra llegada. En general es un buen hotel para el precio, me volvería a hospedar ahí. Pero si buscas lujos aquí no los vas a encontrar.
