★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realmente me sorprendió, no hay servicio de restaurante pero esta muy bien cuidado, limpio pero sobretodo el personal es sumamente amable y servicial me gustó mucho
 I was really surprised, there is no restaurant service but it is very well maintained, clean but above all the staff is extremely friendly and helpful I liked it a lot

El único detalle es que en la regadera se sale el agua por la parte inferior de la puerta.
Muy cerca del castillo de Chapultepec ??
Very clean, very attentive and friendly staff, .. it does not have a restaurant.
The only detail is that in the shower the water comes out of the lower part of the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para descanso. Es la primera vez que nos hospedados en un hotel del imss. Cuenta con lo más básico. Nuestra habitación no cuenta con plancha para ropa. Está se pide en recepción. El hotel no cuenta con restaurante por ahora. La ubicación es estratégica.
Excellent place to rest. It is the first time that we have stayed in an imss hotel. It has the most basic. Our room does not have an iron for clothes. It is requested at reception. The hotel does not have a restaurant for now. The location is strategic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not distinguish between guaranteed parts of reservation and preferences/ request which cannot be guaranteed. Receptionist required us to pay extra to have requested granted. Other staff was hospitable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modest contemporary rooms. Cleanliness for me is most important versus luxury the 5 rooms we had were all impeccable. The staff are friendly and most helpful with anything you may need. The area is safe within walking distance to Chapultepec park, delicious local food vendors and modest restaurants. Highly recommend and we will stay there again.
