★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy at the reception was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Didn't even greet us when we got in. The only word he said was: confirmacion?
Internet reception was absolutely terrible. Most times it wasn't even possible to do a quick Google search.
There is a really loud generator or pump, running outside turning on and off, which makes it almost impossible to get a good rest at night.
The two stars is actually a favor. One star is probably more what you should expect...
Never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for 7 nights. No complaints at all. Great location, lots of local restaurants, huge supermarket and currency exchange around the corner. 12 min to Starbucks . Leave couple ? as a tip to cleaning lady every day your room will shine. Be aware it is very noisy, beds are firm !!!buses r1,r2 will bring you to the beach!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs were very friendly and helpful to Visitors. As we complained about the WiFi, it was fixed very quickly by hotel staffs. The rooms are were clean and tidy. Hot water,AC and Personal lockers were provided in each room. I recommend this hotel, if you’re looking for cheap stay near the downtown Cancun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place a small and clean. The rooms are very basic, and offer few amenities, but nothing to complain about. One gripe is that any small sound seems to echo loudly across the entire floor. Each room has a well functioning AC unit and a phone (however the phone doesn't work). It is located close to many good local restaurants and a grocery store is around a corner, and an exchange immediately outside the door. I paid approximately $20 a night, but wouldn't want to spend much more for this type of place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly it deserves 0 stars, the light in the bathroom didn't work, their WiFi didn't work, the walls weren't sound proof, we heard every noise at every moment waking us up every night. The price is cheap but definitely it could be better since it's not free. I think for the price you can find better options.
