C	Cyndi Miller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Especially Lupe and Betty make this restaurant and place so special. This is a gorgeous hotel though the town of Tequila is simply about the drink. We can check this off our bucket list. We enjoyed the tour they set up for us very much!

The restaurant was great, service and food excellent, also the sky bar friendly staff nice view and a big jaccucy We did the tequilero gourmet experience at the cuervo tequila, super cool. 100% recommended
B	Ben __D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is just perfect, the staff was really kind and considerate, from the beginning to the end, even in the restaurants and the roof bar. Where a parking lot for your car, for free, and he's located walking distance to every sights and tours. The room we had was really spacious, worthy of a five star hotel with small gift such as dry fruits and berries... The breakfast that was included was delicious and fresh. I only one thing bothered me, the price of the Coke in the bar, you can get out in the street and have it less than half price in the shop.

It is out of the price range I would normally pay for a hotel but it is worth the splurge. The sky bar and pool are an absolute dream. The views and drinks are excellent. The service at the hotel is beyond compare from the front desk to the waiters. We had a small problem with our room when we first arrived and the hotel went out of there way to make it right. They upgraded us and apologized and did more than they needed to for such a small issue. I WILL stay at this hotel every time I visit Tequila. To say the least.... I am a fan.
o	omari priestley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grounds were clean . All staff was nice and played attention to small details. My room was massive and clean with a deck . Came with cheesecake for my birthday . The town of tequila is a sight to see .

At checkout they tried to charge me for a bottle of tequila from the mini bar. Highly frustrating. Check the bar when you enter the room. Beware.

She took the payment of $700 dollars for 2 nights; when my kids arrived at the the desk the receptionist saw one of my kids and said “ she needs to pay extra” I found her comment completely out of line, why would she say that to a child !!! The receptionist was completely rude to me and my family. After that I told her to cancel my reservation. Unbelievable!!!! I ended up staying at an excellent hotel what offered the service I was paying for.
