Excellent! Your hosts are super attentive and friendly, always looking to make you feel at home, the food is more than excellent the diablad shrimp are a delight, the view is spectacular, a relaxed afternoon in the pool with a few coquettish drinks, which is more You can ask!

The service is disgusting, the supposed owner of the place drank all our drinks with his staff and when we complained to him, he got angry and cut the electricity for a tantrum, the food is the same, they give them haute cuisine but they even put you faces to serve you. In my life I will never go again.

Clean and quiet place. Its rustic look has its charm. We had rain in the night and the experience was really lovely. Cute to disconnect from everything. A small inconvenience with the water in the shower, it was cold, I imagine it has been a temporary oversight.

I expected more ... although it is a place to relax and surrounded by nature they could give a little more attention, the staff were never found in fact it is not well known by the locals and it was an odyssey to find it, there is a terrible signal town and the location it had on the page was incorrect, to top it off they did not answer their phone, in the end we looked for the exit and finally they answered and we found it, when we arrived nobody welcomed us, we arrived at the restaurant and we could not find anyone , they lack to emphasize those details, the shower did not work well and very little water came out. What I can mention is that the quality of the food is very good.

The place is very pretty. A good stay. The pool is very good. Very good service and attention. Very friendly and helpful. Only they charge you the tip at home, which you buy. If they are careless and you do not give signs that rents in the place in the account will increase the one of the pool. You can be there, but I recommend consuming in local places, the costs are an upper-middle range.

The hotel is very nice although it needs a bit of maintenance and cleaning to be done more thoroughly since it smells like dirty rags, the restaurant is extraordinary, it is worth enjoying the food and having the beautiful view of the mountains, jalcomulco is a natural paradise with a thousand activities to do.
