A	A C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un sitio agradable, tranquilo en general. La atención de el personal es buena. Aceptan mascotas con muchas restricciones. Sin embargo es caro por lo que ofrece... C	Crissi Martmat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es muy colonial, tiene un jardín pequeño pero muy bonito. Solo en áreas comunes hay wifi. Los cuartos: la tarifa que se cobra, no es apta para los cuartos que ofrecen, ya que las camas son super duras, no se puede dormir. Los cuartos no tienen luz natural y la iluminación que tienen es muy pobre. No hay televisión y tampoco wifi, ni siquiera señal para el telefono, por lo que si no tienes algo descargado, no podras hacer nada en el cuarto, ni siquiera dormir por lo incómodo de las camas. Los cuartos son muy viejitos, las instalaciones en general son muy viejas en el baño. En la habitación donde estaba, incluso el baño tenia un olor a caño, no tiene ventilación. El personal tampoco hace el aseo como debe de ser, habia un insecto muerto en el baño y al dia siguiente despues del aseo seguía ahi. Yo solo pude quedarme una noche ahi, ya que fue imposible descansar en la cama. En general, no lo recomiendo. The hotel is very colonial, it has a small but very beautiful garden. Only in common areas there is wifi. The rooms: the rate charged is not suitable for the rooms they offer, since the beds are super hard, you cannot sleep. The rooms do not have natural light and the lighting they do have is very poor. There is no television and no wifi, not even a signal for the phone, so if you don't have something downloaded, you won't be able to do anything in the room, not even sleep because of the uncomfortable beds. The rooms are very old, the facilities in general are very old in the bathroom. In the room I was in, even the bathroom had a pipe smell, it has no ventilation. The staff does not do the cleaning as it should be, there was a dead insect in the bathroom and the next day after cleaning it was still there. I was only able to stay there one night, since it was impossible to rest in bed. Overall, I don't recommend it.

Les comentamos del problema y sólo nos dieron un insecticida que no pudimos usar. No tienen ventilador. Está lejos del centro No lo recomendaría jamás. Terrible. El cuarto está sumamente sucio con cucarachas y toallas que olían horrible. El staff y dueño muy mediocres en su atención. La relación calidad-precio no vale la pena. F	Frida Ibáñez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un Day Pass para poder disfrutar de un día de relajación junto a mis amigas y aunque la atención es muy buena, tuvimos algunos inconvenientes. La alberca estaba muy sucia, además, al reservar me comentaron que no aceptaban niños menores de 13 años porque era un hotel con temática de descanso y me pareció excelente, pero a la llegada, había un grupo de niños, evidentemente de menos de 13 haciendo mucho ruido en el área de la alberca y encima, uno de ellos vomitó dentro del agua por lo que tuvimos que salirnos y nuestra estadía quedó arruinada, sobretodo considerando que pagué por un Day Pass para estar precisamente en la alberca. El servicio de spa está muy bien, aunque sería mejor que tuvieran camas de masajes especializadas y un poco más de higiene con las telas que te colocan en la cara, la mía olía mucho a carbón y me dio la impresión de que estaba sucia. Las instalaciones muy bien y bonitas. La vegetación es muy exótica.
