★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is horrible. We checked in after 6pm due to our flight being delayed. Once we checked in we were NOT told the water park had already closed and was changed FULL price for one night. Disappointed and will NEVER go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is OK, but rather rustic. Our huge Villa had a kitchen with with fridge, microwave and stove, but no glasses, cups, plates, utensils, pans, salt, nothing. You have to go to Walmart and buy all this stuff to use the kitchen, and then throw it away when you leave. The rooms have A/C, but the living, dining and kitchen areas don't, and they are not well ventilated. There is WiFi in the common areas, but not in the rooms. Staying here gives you access to the Splash! Water park. Overall, the place is a good value.

Personnel at the swimming pools , they ask a bunch of questions besides they decide where you have to go and swim , in my opinion their some other hotels with better swimming pools with better price and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent our last 2 nights in Mexico at this hotel. Close to the airport. We had a big clean room with two double bed. Bathroom and shower room is also big. This hotel have a very nice aquatic park and as a hotel guest you can enjoy it for free. 3 swimming pool to choose, plenty of water slides for adults and also for kids. They have zipline, sea lion show, dolphin show and I was able to hold a shark. Perfect for family and kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly staff and got more than what we were expecting in the room. The rooms are huge compared to other places. The mini fridge is a major plus for us. Our 4 year old daughter loved the water park and the hotel pool and play area.
