★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar de piscina sucio, es bonito a la vista pero nada de aseo, no respetan precios publicados ni los que da el personal de recepción, llegas y no tienen esos costos, los cuartos viejos y descuidados, el clima no tiene control, no te dan llave para tu habitación, no tienen wifi (en esta época, pueden creerlo) y que decir del personal, mala cara, mal tono de voz, no te devuelven ni un gracias, no vayan, solo que quieran pasar un mal rato!!

Very bad experience with cockroaches leaking water from the shower to the room there is no hot water and if one makes the observation the hotel staff gets upset and for the price of 750 it seems too exaggerated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here unexpectedly as we had plans to stay in Cancun, but needed to stay near Merida unexpectedly for an appointment. We stopped by early around 9 am, we had traveled 18 hours the day before , then were up at 5 am to drive to another appointment that morning and were exhausted! They so kindly let us go to our room right away instead of waiting till check in time. The rooms are very basic, but clean and have everything you need. The hotel has a wonderful pool area and even a pool for the kids with bathrooms and outdoor showers. There is a restaurant to order from with a menu in room and the entry to the hotel is gated.
Highly recommend.
