★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hooks, no breakfast, no wi-fi in the rooms (in theory it exists, but in practice it disconnects every second), the beds not comfortable, the tv is old, the only nice place is a lobby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hot water. Shower did not drain, I informed them but no fix. No hooks in the room anywhere. Had to unplug TV to charge phone. Pool not serviceable. Kept up by loud party in another room. Only provide 2 towels no washcloths etc.
On the plus side, the front desk person was willing to heat up some water for me so I could wash my face and have some tea. That was nice. It's close to downtown Merida alot of fun shopping and food nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasant to look at from the outside, And clean but very basic rooms. effectively zero service to guests. Poor Wi-Fi, no blankets for cold nights, couldn’t even get a glass to drink any water out of. Cold showers. None of the staff wanted to lift a finger.
No bar of any kind, and 10 minutes round trip to get a coffee in the morning.
