Chambre SUITE FAMILIALE confortable avec cuisine et frigo.
Wifi marche très bien. Personnel agréable
Service de laverie : bien confirmer l’horaire du rendu des vêtements.
Appart/hôtel : situé à 10 mn à pied du centre ville, ou 3 mn en voiture.
Place de parking gratuite en ville, notamment près du Fort.
Nous sommes restés 2j, cela suffisait, la ville est très petite.
Tour de 3h en petit voilier écolo sur la lagune très sympa. 600 pesos par personne ou 1500 pesos pour tour privé, avec sailing colibri.
Attention, les distributeurs en centre ville sont souvent en panne : aller à OXXO le long de « l’autouroute » (voir sur internet ou appli gratuite maps.me > s’utilisent sans internet, juste avec la geolocalisation).

Comfortable FAMILY SUITE room with kitchen and fridge.
Wifi works very well. Pleasant staff
Laundromat service: confirm the schedule for the return of clothes.
Apart / hotel: located 10 mins walk from the city center, or 3 mins by car.
Free parking space in town, especially near the Fort.
We stayed 2 days, that was enough, the city is very small.
3h tour in a small eco-friendly sailboat on the very nice lagoon. 600 pesos per person or 1500 pesos for private tour, with hummingbird sailing.
Please note, distributors in the city center are often out of order: go to OXXO along the “highway” (see on the internet or free maps.me app> can be used without the internet, just with geolocation).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte würde ich keinen Stern geben.
Offizieller check in : 2 PM to 12 AM. Wir haben bei booking angegeben dass wir gegen 5 PM kommen. Am Hotel angekommen hieß es wir seien zu spät zum Check in & das Zimmer wurde vergeben. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war blieb uns keine andere Möglichkeit als ein neues Hotel zu buchen.
Auf Nachfrage war das Personal “bemüht” eine für uns unpassende alternativ rauszusuchen.
Alles in allem eine schlechte Erfahrung.
If I could I wouldn't give a star.
Official check in: 2 PM to 12 AM. We stated on booking that we would come around 5 PM. When we arrived at the hotel it was said we were late to check in & the room was taken. Since the hotel was fully booked, we had no other option than to book a new hotel.
When asked, the staff “tried” to find an alternative that was unsuitable for us.
All in all a bad experience.
