My favorite spot by far! Small quaint and close to everything! Staff are super friendly! The suites are clean and comfortable! Worth the price! If i come back to playa i will book here!

Digusting place and service. Bait and switch, then lie about rooms available. Spent 7 pre-paid nights @$32 each through Expedia. Ad waa for a a big Studio with balcony, pool view. I was put in back corner with no view and windows that open to a loud family and restauran/bar. When I went back to very unfriendly desk guy I was told that's all we have. Fortunately during a shower 20 mins Later, had just traveled 14hrs door to door, a pipe burst and flooded the whole apartment including clothes left on floor...Hot water problem too. Took plumbing group 4 days of work to get room open again. However, magically the room I paid for became available. It was "cleaned but not clean. See pics. Curtains in every room were 8inches to a foot to small so light came in from everywhere. Like sleeping under a spotlight. I carry big plastic badges and sanitary wipes for places like these. Bed had sheets which were never changed but no blanket. I snuck back to flooded room and grabbed one. I then wiped down every surface in Studio with wipes, especially in bathroom and kitchen. Was given two towels. One clean one arrived during my stay. Hotel looks great. Stayed nearby at another bait and switch call Casa Fausta for two weeks in July. Neighborhood is terrific and I visited Hotel 24. Liked the lobby and people eating modest continental breakfast seemed happy...However like a cupcake that looks so good in the case, 24 was disgusting when out got inside. DON'T BELIEVE their website pics. Place is rundown and poorly maintained.

Not a good place at all plumbing is offer don't stay here it's location is good but nothing else most of the costomer service. Don't speak English for the American people you have to walk to the front desk for everything you might need no working phone in the room not much light in your room no lamps if need a nice go somewhere else

Only worth the money due to last minute 50 % discount. Not enough plates, cups. Not possible to wash dishes. Advertised jacuzzi/bath not clean. No intended for children but was not made clear when I booked.

The hotel was alright, but we encountered four main issues: 1. The room didn't have any hot water, we mentioned it to them and they said that the boiler in our room was broken. It sounded like they already knew about it when they assigned us the room. They didn't offer to give us another room, we didn't insist... 2. It is relatively far away from the main board walk. We are totally fine with walking, but for anyone who doesn't like walking distances then I wouldn't recommend. 3. When it came time to pay they told us that they machine to take cards wasn't working. We didn't have any cash. They left it to us to solve it. We didn't want to take cash out because of the fees, and we told them that when we made the reservation we doubled checked we would be able to pay by card. In the end we had to wait until late night to pay as their wifi was better then and the machine worked with wifi. 4. Wifi is absolutely terrible. Overall would not recommend, and would not go back there.

This a great boutique hotel in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. 6 blocks from the 5 Avenida shopping/dining mall. If you're planning to use the hot tub, best to do it during the day time while the sun is out. The water doesn't get hot. You must have breakfast at Cafe Choux Choux two blocks away from the hotel. Great food and the best coffee I've ever had! Overall, the service is good here and rooms ate clean and comfortable.

Wonderful location within walking distance of the heart of Playa Del Carmen. A safe and friendly atmosphere with just the right amenities. Rooftop breakfast, helpful and knowledgeable staff, very clean and updated rooms, rooftop jumbo jacuzzi, private pool with lawn and chairs. Hotel Suite 24 is just a couple of blocks from the beach with VIP access to Indigo Beach Club which is a straight shot to the beach from the hotel. Affordable rooms make this an easy decision to make when I am here on business a couple times a month.
