★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación super grande, cómoda y limpia. El room service rico, buen tiempo y costo moderado. Los empleados muy amables. Bastantes toallas, batas y artículos de higiene personal.
 The room is super big, comfortable and clean. The rich room service, good time and moderate cost. Very friendly employees. Plenty of towels, robes, and personal hygiene items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gusta el Hotel, las habitaciones son muy modernas y están como nuevas, el servicio de limpieza es excelente ?.
Tienen una alberca muy grande y techada, bastantante bonita, también su jacuzzi de agua caliente.
El área de juegos está linda para los niños.
I like the Hotel, the rooms are very modern and like new, the cleaning service is excellent ?.
They have a very large and covered pool, quite nice, as well as a hot water jacuzzi.
The play area is nice for the kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar, el spa esta abierto, es perfecto, limpieza , atención, instalaciónes, servicio, lo recomiendo mucho, los precios acorde al servicio, hay estacionamiento techado y vigilancia. El hotel es estupendo para familias o parejas, las habitaciones limpias, amplias, equipadas, tiene área de juegos para niños, servicio 24 hrs. la alberca aun no funciona, ni el restaurante.
Excellent place, the spa is open, it is perfect, cleanliness, care, facilities, service, I highly recommend it, prices according to the service, there is covered parking and surveillance. The hotel is great for families or couples, the rooms are clean, spacious, equipped, it has a children's play area, 24-hour service. the pool still does not work, nor the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean while the sheets on the bed are not. Three out of four times there have been issues, in both the hotel and the motel areas. The final time it took the staff 45 minutes to change the sheets with five staff members. (The staff had to go through more than 10 sets of sheets to find one without stains.) Ultimately, refunded after wasting time. Check the sheets for stains and hairs (including pillows). Photo is of the first room (141) before switching to another room (142) which had even more stains on the bed sheets and pillows. The manager tried to blame the washing process and the laundry detergent for the stains. Nonsense; won't be going back again due to inept management.
