Habitaciones limpias, lo justo para pasar una noche y salir al día siguiente de tu vuelo.

Muy buen lugar, muy cómodo, tranquilo y limpio, perfecta la ubicación

Buenísima ubicación, habitaciones amplias, buen servicio, el restaurante sirve un desayuno delicioso. Hay caballos en la propiedad y puedes dar un paseo. Muy recomendable.

Loas desagradable de los vacaciones Aquí decia que el precio era uno llamamos y recervamos , nos dieron. Un precio más alto,800 aprox nos dijeron que solo con el nombre y que allá pagabamos, al llegar al lugar como a las 10 pm nos dicen que no teníamos recerva cuando horas antes llamamos para confirmar y nos dijeron que si y el precio pues que no era ese precio que eran 1200 por qué era la única habitación que quedaba, pues les hice transferencia por qué ya no tenía carro para movernos y era noche después de pagar cheque bien la habitación bastante amplia 3 camas , que de las 3 no pude dormir en ninguna están las sábanas súper manchadas y el buró sucio con líquido derramando, el baño no tenía puerta y solo nos dieron. Una toalla para dos personas y un jabón,olía a humedad como si fuera una habitación abandonada desde hace mucho, esto tiene algunas semanas por seguridad me quedé ahí por qué como turista no conozco Cancún. Y miedo algún asalto pues ya que no lo recomiendo en lo minimo?

Nueva administración!!! Suites muy amplias... y limpias. Un lugar muy tranquilo y súper rápido acceso al aereopuerto en 5 minutos..!

Me gusto mucho el trato y las habitaciones muy amplias

Hotel did not open when we arrived, we had to go to another hotel. Do not go!

Our experience as well as it began it led to a full disaster. We needed to sleep near the airport twice with a few days apart. We also needed help with getting to the airport and back and two bags to be kept until we return. The lady was nice, showed us an apparently clean room, promised to keep the luggage and she said that she will transport us to the airport. We paid for both nights the price which was little more than what we expected but acceptable. She said nothing about extra costs when we asked the price so we assumed the transfer was included. The room proved to be a little worse than appeared for first. Under the covers the bed was not that clean, there was no hot water and the bathroom window was fixed so we couldn’t open it. (It was the same airspace as the room, no door only a curtain) On return she dropped the bomb. She took us to a room where water was pouring down the wall in the room, walls full with mold, cockroaches, dirty beds and everything you can imagine. Plus she asked for more money claiming that is the cost of the airport tranfer.
