★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend looking elsewhere.
Showers didn’t work throughout our stay and staff was in no rush to fix the issue. We waited 1 1/2 hours for food in the morning at the restaurant (which was tasty when if finally arrived).
For the price we paid, I recommend heading elsewhere as you will not get value for your money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First impression was a little iffy. BUT there was an elevator! The upstairs hallway is long and wide - kind of a nice surprise. The room was really big. The beds had brand new linens and pillows - very comfortable. The shower could use a little updating but there was plenty of hot water. The only downside to the room was the rather high step into the bathroom. Last impression was a little iffy as well. We left at 7:00 a.m. and had to find our way out in total darkness. Front desk staff didn't seem to care. Went from a four star rating to a three for that reason alone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large room, comfortable bed!!! Very clean!!! But, somewhat noisy, party outside and rude guests in the halls. Be wary. But, ALL the staff was super friendly, helpful, kind! I'd return for that kind of service! Just a different room. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked this room. Very spacious and had great window with views of the city in 2 different directions. Very large room! Bed was comfortable for someone used to US beds, water was hot, room clean. Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is it's not a 5 star hotel. It's a nice 3 star, but deserves the extra star for all the pluses. Half a block away from the main shopping street. 8 blocks from the bay, 3 blocks from the banking area, and I believe they accept pets as well. Strict no smoking policy sucks for me, but maybe a plus for others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very well located , ok the corner of a busy commercial street. It has a mini super and a charming restaurant. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. Will definitely do it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice hotel, with huge rooms and a very thoughtful layout. All in all clean, nice staff, and a beautiful appearance (from the inside at least).
Probably the best about the hotel is the adjacent restaurant I can highly recommend (the Mantra).
A deduction, however, is imo appropiate concerning the state of the shower. Though it wasn't dirty, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain when showering (even though not strong) and a loud trumped-like sound at unregular intervals when using warm water. Also, the heat and smell did not go away, even though there is a permanently open window. A more effective ventilation would be necessary, or the smell is carried into the room itself.
That might be annoying, but the only thing really bothering us, and it might be an isolated incident. Thus, I would still recommend the Hotel.
