★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quede durante 2 noches luego al dia siguiente me dicen que no me puedo quedar en mi habitación porque al no reservar la vendieron pero me lo dice a las 10:30am ni siquiera a la hora del check out que es a las 11, me dice que desocupe de inmediato porque ya la van a ocupar yo me moleste y le dije no tengo 3 trapos ahí tengo maletas grandes si quieres que me cambie dame una cortesía de los taxis y me dice que no puede luego le dije tienes otra habitación si solo las suites a ver me la vas a dejar al mismo precio por cortesía al menos no puedo me vuelve a repetir luego me dice que al final le dije que estaba bien y al final y lo habían reservado y habían maletas dentro que eran de otros huéspedes toda una mala experiencia al final me di cuenta porque habían vendido todas las habitaciones habían tantos policías en fin toda una mala experiencia y una mala atención recibida por parte de la muchacha que se mantiene durante el día es Colocho y rubia con raíces negras ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo que se muestra no es real. Un día no hubo agua caliente. Las hab. son muy amplias pero muy sucias. La almohada olía a sudor ? asqueroso. Son hab baratas y por eso hay mucho centroamericano. El agua de la alberca muy sucia y grasosa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La habitación necesitaba mucha limpieza, al dirigirnos a la habitación se encontraba llena de hormigas rojas y una cucaracha muerta que en nuestra estancia no limpiaron donde estaba. La piscina estaba muy sucia, no se podía ni utilizar. Nos íbamos a quedar dos noches pero en el segundo día regresamos a nuestra habitación llena de personas trabajando quitando el piso y con nuestras pertenencias llenas de basura y polvo. No se nos aviso nada sobre los trabajos que iban a realizar. Además el "comedor" estaba lleno de insectos, moscas y había un olor horrible cuando se llegaba al hotel. LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DEL MUNDO! Además trataron de cobrarnos por quedarnos más tiempo luego del check-out cuando fueron ellos los que nos llevaron a retirarnos del hotel. Horrible experiencia, de suites no tienen nada.
The room needed a lot of cleaning, when we went to the room it was full of red ants and a dead cockroach that in our stay did not clean where it was. The pool was very dirty, could not even be used. We were going to stay two nights but on the second day we returned to our room full of people working removing the floor and with our belongings full of garbage and dust. We were not notified about the work they were going to do. Also the "dining room" was full of insects, flies and there was a horrible smell when you arrived at the hotel. THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF THE WORLD! They also tried to charge us for staying longer after check-out when they were the ones who took us to retire from the hotel. Horrible experience, suites do not have anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La impresión de la primera vez que visite es que el hotel es chico, sin embargo note que algunos otros hoteles no tenían estacionamiento privado... este si y eso es ventaja para quienes lleven su auto. El lugar es muy tranquilo, de madrugada o de día. Está a orilla de calle principal, cerca de plazas y otras cosas, prácticamente te vas caminando y llegas, aunque por el clima lluvioso de la ciudad a veces no te lo permite. Es modesto. Accesible en precio. Tiene detalles como cualquiera en wifi, espacio de estacionamiento reducido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad el hotel está bonito, buenas habitaciones y excelente servicio del personal, solo podría ser mejor el servicio de Internet pero todo lo demás excelente.
