Hotel & Suites Country - 97780 Valladolid

The architecture of the hotel is very bad. We were in a room that has a window overlooking the hallway. If you get that room, be prepared not to have fresh air. They promised water every day, they offered the first day with water. Breakfast was continental (the cheapest fruit). I'm not sure I want to give a recommendation for this hotel.

A bit out dated we where on the old part of the hotel, but for the prices/quality it’s fine! We had a breakfast included!

Stayed for 3 nights, humidity in rooms is about 99% this made me sick. Also breakfast is poor and from bad ingredients i got serius allergy after eating it. I would never go back there again, avoid

No windows in the rooms. The breakfast is really really small. The room was stinking so we changed it. The sheets were dirty but they changed them for us as well. Would not recommend.

The worst Hotel experience we ever Had Please avoid this place. The room we got for our 3 nights stay Had nothing todo with what they Show Here or on booking.com When we asked Them to Change the room, they explained that there is no other available. After i came Back only few Minutes later wanting to immediatly leave, they Said that there is now a room with a bigger bed, but the Same room. We immediatly went to another place. There was no willing to Help or Change this Situation and when i asked to get the Money Back they told me to just cancel through booking which means No Money Back... Edit follows after the Message from the Hotel :) Yes i didnt agree for the Same room with a bigger bed. You Just Said it your self you are Not displaying those rooms on purpose Thanks for nothing. We would have paid more for a better room ? Most Hotels would try to solve the Situation but Not make it worth. Your answer is exactly what i expected.

Great location but the bathroom wasn’t clean. Hotel itself looks great and recently renovated. Pool area is amazing. Included breakfast was alright.

We received a room with a view on the pool and in direction of the sunsets (in the main tower of the complex). We enjoyed it very much as it is quite wide and has a nice view. Equipped with a nice bathroom, a fridge and a nice balcony, we were quite comfortable. Hotel is located 5 minutes from the main square where we spent our 2 evenings in Valladolid.
