Todo me gustó, excepto un detalle.
Reservé una habitación con bañera y me dieron una sin bañera. Traté de encontrar los screenshots que había tomado, pero no los encontré y solicité me dieran una con bañera y pagué la diferencia en efectivo (porque no se podía con tarjeta). Y sí había disponibles en el momento.
Nota: siempre tomen evidencia del servicio contratado para poder reclamar y si no procede, mínimo ir a la dependencia correspondiente para denunciar cuando se requiera y sea necesario.
 The beds are super comfortable.
I liked everything, except one detail.
I booked a room with a bathtub and they gave me one without a bathtub. I tried to find the screenshots that I had taken, but I couldn't find them and I asked for one with a bathtub and I paid the difference in cash (because it couldn't be done with a card). And yes there were available at the time.
Note: always take evidence of the contracted service to be able to claim and if it does not proceed, at least go to the corresponding agency to report when required and necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mucho cuidado me quisieron extorsionar mediante un secuestro express, ya me había hospedado en varias ocasiones y pues tenían todos mis datos afortunadamente, tuve el apoyo de autoridades locales, pero tuve muy mala experiencia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very spacious rooms with full bath. The Hotel is small and quite although directly located at the restaurant area.
Concepts fits for families as well as for business travellers as it has an easy access to Silao and Puerta Interior.
Price is very accessible, I love to stay here
