J	Jay Shapiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and modern, what this hotel lacks in character it makes up for in convenience. If you are attending an event at La Toscana, it is just 2 min across the road. There is also a 24hr grocery store, laundry shop, pharmacy and taqueria in the same strip mall. The hotel is outside the main town, but Guanajuato is small so an Uber/taxi ride into Centro is about 10min and cheap. There are fridges and microwave ovens in each room if you like snacking on your own, but if you are a business traveler, be aware that the WiFi is extremely slow and unreliable unless you are sitting in the lobby or small business center.

If you want to stay in a affordable place, where you can walk from to all places in the center if are use to continously walk, you will enjoy a lot and they can offer 3 tour to places in Guanajuato (low cost prices). They have a fridge, a microwave and a place where you can wass your dishes. They have a near Soriana (market) where you can buy food for microwave and really saving your money.

R	Rigo Arias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im barely coming into my room and I'm already disappointed I will never be back here they charge me double than the price they give me over the phone when I call to make the reservation the only reason I paid the amount they charge was because my wife and my child are really tire from the red eye fly and all the walking around the beutiful city of Guanajuato but I'll defenetly look somewhere else next time the rooms are not the great....
O	Ovidio Montalvo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are good, cleanness is also good and the food is also good. What I didn't like is the parking lot and the external facade. They should improve it. It is a good balance between money and quality.
M	Mark Pabst on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Nice big combination of three rooms with a balcony that overlooks a backyard. Kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, sink. Lots of closet space. Cons: There is an odor that comes up through the bath drains in the morning. A/C didn't work and there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom. Some of the front desk staff was surly.
J	John Stasiuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked in for 3 nights requested a king bed at time of booking There was a wedding at the hotel, and was told no king beds were available, was put in a room with 2 double beds over top of a 24 hour pharmacy and a very noisy mall parking lot. Next day changed room to king bed The smell in the bathroom of sewer was so bad Could hardly stand it House keeping came up twice and spayed cleaners,that didn’t really help. Had to sleep with the patio door open all night. Would NOT stay here again.

This one says it has one, what they don’t specify is that their ‘parking lot’ it’s simply a little mall public parking lot. I got a bedroom on the first floor with NO WINDOW, when I complained they said, the kind of room I reserved was up to availability so no fresh air and no day light, and the receptionist quite rude when I pointed the problem. And on top of that NO HOT WATER, we stayed 2 night and we couldn’t have a hot shower. I’m still wondering where is the ‘boutique’ part. I would avoid it.
