Hotel & Suites Oasis Bacalar - 77930 Bacalar

It was the best place ever to stay. I love the rooms, the pool, the fact that it is central to town (two blocks away) as well as the Lagoon. Cannot say enough about the staff, Mario and Natalie as well as all the others were so helpful and made it feel like home. The owner, Steven is awesome too. They all went above and beyond on so many levels. I HIGHLY recommend staying here when you are in Bacalar !!

Excellent. I have been staying in town for many years, but this was my first stay at Oasis. Beyond impressed. Clean, charming, spacious.... Got everything you could possibly need. Best location possible as well.

What a great find. We were in Bacalar and stumbled upon this place. The location is close to pretty much every thing you may want. Several awesome restaurants are within a short walk. The owner is super friendly and very helpful. Staff are awesome. Rooms are nice, clean, and comfy. Pool is a great repreave when the temps outside get hot. Will definitely stay here again when we're back in Bacalar.

Very good location, within a 2-minute walk from the town centre (zocalo); 1-minute walk down to a road running along the lagoon and a well-known restaurant La Playita. I liked the naturally constructed, wooden palisade which separated the hotel from the outside as well as created strong feeling of privacy and intimacy inside. Great idea! A little swimming pool at the hotel - a good solution especially for families with children who come back to the hotel in the afternoon and still can play in water at the end of the day. The rooms are simply furnished but a big and fully equipped kitchenette is a real advantage. You will find everything you need there, just like in your own kitchen. It is really convenient if you don’t feel like eating out twice or three times a day or have small children. Generally I do recommend the place!

100% recommend to stay here. The staff is super nice, rooms are very clean and well equipped, great location too (near the lagoon and at walking distance from central restaurants/bars. Also the pool is big and exposed to the sun! Great price/quality ratio overall

My boyfriend and I stayed in Hotel & Suites Oasis for 4 nights in January. We found it to be the perfect base for our stay in Bacalar - a short walk to everything we needed. There are plenty of great restaurants just minutes walk away, our sailing tour started just down the street from the hotel. We stayed in 2 different rooms and they were both fantastic, one had a kitchen so we could do our own cooking and the other one still had a coffee maker and a fridge which was all we needed. The place is a true oasis, with a lush garden and a great pool. The owner was super friendly and recommended his favorite lunch place which we loved! Overall, you can’t go wrong with booking this lovely hotel for your stay in Bacalar.
