★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cumple con el cometido, ningun lujo pero cuenta con lo escencial, su alberca la mantienen limpia, asi como las habitaciones, el restaurant un poco dilatado en su servicio, pero en general bien, así que si tienrs oportunidad hospedate con ellos.
 It fulfills the task, no luxury but it has the essentials, its pool is kept clean, as well as the rooms, the restaurant a little dilated in its service, but in general good, so if you have the opportunity, stay with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar aceptable para pasar la noche, limpio, la habitación de doble tamaño normal. El restaurante el desayuno bien y atención amable. Pero si varios puntos a mejorar, las camas no son muy cómodas y las sábanas son de las que salen siempre de su posición, almohadas planas y las toallas son de largo normal, pero la mitad de ancho. Nos quedamos en una habitación del 3er nivel y se escucha el ruido de los vecinos, muros de tablaroca. Finalmente el pago es solo en efectivo para tomarlo en cuenta.
It's a decent place to spend the night, clean, average size double room. The restaurant had a good breakfast and friendly service. But if there are several points to improve, the beds are not very comfortable and the sheets are the ones that always come out of their position, flat pillows and the towels are of normal length, but half as wide. We stayed in a room on the 3rd level and you can hear the noise from the neighbors, drywall walls. Finally the payment is only in cash to take it into account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una completa decepción la estancia, las sábanas son viejas, casi rotas, las camas son incómodas, la tele no funcionaba,, pedimos una cobija y estaba sucia, olía mal, el trato del personal tmbn fue malo, además del hostigamiento. Las instalaciones hidráulicas y eléctricas no funcionaron. La comida del restaurant tmbn fue mala. El precio no vale en nada el servicio.
A complete disappointment the stay, the sheets are old, almost torn, the beds are uncomfortable, the TV did not work, we asked for a blanket and it was dirty, it smelled bad, the treatment of the staff was also bad, in addition to the harassment. The hydraulic and electrical installations did not work. The restaurant food was also bad. The price is not worth the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, las habitaciones tienen camas muy incómodas, la ropa de cama percudida y sucia, las instalaciones de agua y de televisión pésimas, no había agua y nuestro televisor no se podía apagar ni bajar el volumen. Es muy caro para lo que ofrecen, el trato del personal es terrible, son groseros y en esta situación de contingencia nadie usa cubrebocas. El desayuno que brindan "gratis" no es bueno y de todos modos te cobran el servicio, no está rica la comida.
The service is lousy, the rooms have very uncomfortable beds, the bedding is tattered and dirty, the water and television facilities are lousy, there was no water, and our television could not be turned off or the volume down. It is very expensive for what they offer, the treatment of the staff is terrible, they are rude and in this contingency situation nobody wears a mask. The breakfast they provide "free" is not good and they charge you for the service anyway, the food is not rich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here a couple of times. Great Staff, always willing to help, no matter what. They genuinely care about you. The front Desk people, specially Concepcion, are great. Please talk to her if you need anything. The quality of the food and beverages of the Restaurant is good. Price is affordable. I am very demanding and rooms are clean and very functional. Location is perfect to visit any other Landmark downtown. Great place overall.
