A	Aleyda Petrikowsky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato super amable, la habitación tenia al menos la sabana qué me toco a mi como tierra o algo negro, una frazada olía a sudor ?, pero lo peor de todo es el estacionamiento el carro aunque estaba frenado se deslizó, y a la salida TERRIBLE Y ESPANTOSO quedaba volando la llanta y tiene un hueco ahí horrendo, se nota en el piso como los autos qué salen queman llanta, cómo fue nuestro caso. En fin un bonito hotel pero les está fallando algo. Después de entrar y prender el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, fuimos a preguntar y resulta que desde la mañana el minisplit no funcionaba y no se nos informo de eso antes de pagar... Su solución era que abrieramos la ventana porque según no tenían más habitaciones disponibles con aire acondicionado, pero no corría nada de aire. Al ver esto, a pesar de que era ya media noche les dijimos que queríamo devolución y nos iríamos a otro hotel porque el calor era insoportable... unos minutos después expresarles esto, milagrosamente se desocupó una habitación... sí nos la cambiaron, pero solo al mencionar irnos.
