M	Mariam Yitani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue terrible. El hotel es nuevo y esta bonito e impecable solo que es mejor no enfrentarse al tema administrativo. Están al magen de la ley, no tienen ni idea ni voluntad de aprender o revisar como se factura un servicio de hostelería. La factura no expresa fecha de check in y fecha de check out por lo que no es deducible de impuestos y no cumple con la Ley Fiscal en su totalidad para este tipo de servicio. En mi caso no podre hacerla deducible por la inconsistencia de la factura con el servicio prestado. Es a tal punto la soberbia y la ignorancia del personal de recepción y contabilidad que el cliente es quien tiene que estar peleando la descripcion correcta en los documentos y ellos se dan el lujo de atacar a sus huéspedes. No cumplen con la miscelanea fiscal en cuanto a la obligatoreidad de facturar en las primeras 24 horas después de recibido el pago. Exigen el pago total a tu llegada ya que no hacen una verificación de la tarjeta de crédito para cobrar al final de la estancia. Como ya tienen tu dinero se niegan a entregar documentos cuando vas a salir. Te dicen que luego te los mandan. Si alguien esta Interesado en ver el documento que me dieron les puedo re- enviar el correo con la factura y con la discusión del hotel a este respecto. Esta fuera de toda lógica. Jamás me trataron así en ningun lugar del mundo. Sus centros de consumo solo operan en efectivo. NO facturan por el momento y no te dan un estado de cuenta con todos los consumos relacionados. Si tienen que deducir impuestos EVITEN reservar este hotel. Van a pasar el peor momento de sus vidas. Tuve que llegar a pedir a gritos mi factura y una especie de estado de cuenta y recibirlos en la calle cuando tenía que irme. Cuando solicité el cambio de factura se negaron a emitirla sabiendo que me perjudican. En fin. Quedo pendiente si alguien necesita el respaldo My experience was terrible. I have never been treated like this anywhere in the world. Its consumption centers only operate in cash. They DO NOT invoice at the moment and they do not give you an account statement with all related consumption. If you have to deduct taxes AVOID booking this hotel. They are going to have the worst time of their lives. I had to shout out for my bill and some kind of statement and meet them on the street when I had to leave. When I requested the change of invoice they refused to issue it knowing that they harm me. Anyway. I'm waiting if someone needs the support
