★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy decepcionante, las fotos no corresponden al estado actual del hotel está súper deteriorado nos hospedamos aquí por que venimos al medio maratón de Tequesquitengo, nuestra sorpresa al llegar es que el hotel estaba muy deteriorado, de las tres albercas solo una “funcionando” sucia llena de hojas, la otras dos sin agua y con lodo, un colchón con resortes, normalmente no somos tan exigentes y llegamos a entender las circunstancias más ahora después de una pandemia, pero por $1300 la noche es una estafa. Que triste que no cuiden al turismo

How sad that they do not take care of tourism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1350 por habitación, toallas con cucarachas, solo una alberca y sucia, barandal del balcón corroido y peligroso, ropa de cama sucia con pelos, tele que no sirve, llaves de baño descompuestas, sin agua caliente, baño sucio y con sarro, en resumen caro, sucio y abandonado. Pésima experiencia.

Tardo en salier el agua tibia y se acabó, la televisión chiquita y sin funcionar pregunté en recepción y me dijeron que están cambiando a fibra óptica, no les creí la alberca sucia, las plantas secas muy caro, no lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general la hotelería de México es excelente pero Tequesquitengo es la excepción, su infraestructura es vieja, no se necesita ser de gustos exigentes pero se agradece que mínimo se cuente con una habitación limpia, tristemente hotel Tamay no la tiene, la habitación huele y está sucia, la ropa de cama con cabellos del huésped anterior, colchones sucios y viejos, las fotos que muestran en la publicidad no es la realidad actual, la alberca semiolimpica esta en el abandono junto con los jardines que están alrededor, no hay internet, teléfono y Tv en la habitación, si por alguna razón tienes que ir, busca otras opciones aunque sean más caras, según comentarios de otros conocidos Paradise ofrece algo un poco mejor. Nosotros tuvimos que poner las toallas sobre la cama para poder dormir, el personal muy amable.
In general, the hotel industry in Mexico is excellent, but Tequesquitengo is the exception, its infrastructure is old, it is not necessary to be of demanding tastes, but it is appreciated that at least one clean room is available, sadly, Hotel Tamay does not have it, the room smells and is dirty, the bedding with hair from the previous guest, dirty and old mattresses, the photos shown in advertising is not the current reality, the semi-Olympic pool is abandoned along with the surrounding gardens, there is no internet, telephone and TV in the room, if for some reason you have to go, look for other options even if they are more expensive, according to comments from other acquaintances Paradise offers something a little better. We had to put the towels on the bed to be able to sleep, the staff was very friendly.
