Excellent place close to main attractions, service super attentive food excellent, highly recommend.

I had to cancel my stay. Their policy say they would return the 50%. After 49 days and many emails saying they would do the payment soon I still waiting. At this point I'm not sure if I'll ever receive my money back and even if I do they have no right and reason to keep my money for so long. They are really responsive when you want to make a reservation but almost don't reply to your emails if you have other issues. In my opinion, even if I've not been able to visit the place, this kind of behavior has a lot to say about the experience you might have there.

I have to agree with FedericoC who write the review this hotel scam your money if you cancel your booking I have to agree with FedericoC who write the review this hotel scam your money if you cancel your booking Sept 29. - Made booking via direct hotel website, no policy no terms and condition - Receive email saying the booking is not confirmed unless payment made, OR wait for the administrator to confirm the room - Pay the room booking via Paypal - Received confirmation with all policies in SPANISH - NOTHING IN ENGLISH - After an hour, I received a call that we have some family emergency and we can't travel to Mexico (I am based Singapore) - Send email for cancellation request Sept 30 - Receive email from hotel to cancel the Paypal payment - Try to cancel but not able to do so as the payment has been cleared to the hotel - Try to email to hotel again - Hotel reply "we cannot refund, please see the policy (which in Spanish and I don't speak the language). Hotel asked they keep it for a year for me to come back OR a friend can use the fund - Keep explaining to them I have a family emergency - They keep denying to refund and keep sending the Policy in Spanish - Keep texting them in WhatsApp - same answer So please be careful they are good in scamming people to pay in advance by saying THE BOOKING WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNLESS WE PAY FOR THE ROOM CHARGES, ONCE YOU PAID AND YOU HAVE ANY EMERGENCY - SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR MONEY SCAMMER HOTEL - BE CAREFUL!
