★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very small kitchen/restaurant so be ready to wait for a long time before being served. The menu is very typical for the location (mostly enchiladas+cecina). The panoramic view compensates the wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AAAAAAAMAZING place to stay. If you have seen Lord of the Rings and loved the Hobbit house architecture or like some a little different with modern amenities, book here. Be sure to book in advance because there are limited places to stay. In 2021 they are planning to expand. They have 2 different types of lodging but the "Hobbit holes" are worth the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is stunning, the burrows are magical. We spent a great romantic night here. The views are spectacular.
Should be 5* but was sadly let down by its level of service.
A smile costs nothing!
Our welcome wasn't very welcoming. The staff throughout our stay weren't very pleasant especially at check in and check out. They told us what we needed to know but grudgingly. A pair of them ignored me when I greeted them this morning and asked a question. I had to give chase to get an answer. Either they need to be better paid or better trained.
One exception was the barman Kevin who was very helpful.
Food was tasty but not what you'd expect in a hotel that has these prices.
Cerveza James oscura Is a very nice beer available here.
Come here enjoy the place and the views but don't expect good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to be a guess to visit the hotel, the road is not in good conditions, is private property the tourists guide said you can visit but when you got there you're not allowed unless you have reservations...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view. We got there for lunch, food is not that great. If you want to eat at the restaurant for the view avoid the "cheese board" is a rip off.
