El aire acondicionado de la recamara no funciona al 100 y se siente sofocado, pedí cama grande y me dieron matrimonial que por qué era la más grande que tenian,más bien parece un "motel"de paso , lo único medio rescatable el el desayuno ,, pésimo pésimo pésimo hotel ,,,es mejor invertir 500 o 1000 pesos más en un city express, o micro hotel , u hotel One!! Jamás volveremos a ese hotel!!! Cero recomendable..... Our stay was 3 nights. Claustrophobic room, everything is heard, EVERYTHING! a man who is at the reception at 12 midnight zero helpful, very rude that he felt the owner of the hotel denied me an extra pillow that I asked for !!! En segundo lugar, no hay agua caliente en el tercer piso apenas tibia. el tipo que estaba trabajando en el turno de noche estaba bien, excepto que no podía conseguirme almohadas pero al día siguiente el turno de día la señora que estaba en la oficina fue grosera muy grosera avergonzó a mi esposa y a mí. ella asumió que mi esposa iba a robar una Coca-Cola del refrigerador sin pagarla cuando yo estaba haciendo cola para pagarla yo mismo. así que avergonzó mucho a mi esposa, así que no volveremos por eso. Más tarde, durante el proceso de pago, la misma mujer es igual de grosera y desagradable.A finales de noviembre no hay oficina de turno de agua caliente y te avergüences frente a otros clientes. pida almohadas extra el turno de noche no está permitido o no tiene llaves para ir a buscarle una almohada extra. no volveremos gracias por nada. Well first things first, I asked for extra pillows because I had just had back surgery. He was traveling home. Second, there is no hot water on the third floor barely lukewarm. the guy who was working the night shift was fine except he couldn't get me pillows but the next day the day shift the lady in the office was rude very rude embarrassed my wife and me. she assumed my wife was going to steal a Coke from the refrigerator without paying for it when I was standing in line to pay for it myself. so it made my wife very embarrassed so we won't be back for that. Later, during the checkout process, the same woman is just as rude and unpleasant. At the end of November there is no hot water shift office and you are embarrassed in front of other customers. ask for extra pillows the night shift is not allowed or you don't have keys to fetch you an extra pillow. We will not be back thanks for nothing.
