★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A las recepcionistas podrían darles un curso intensivo de: servicio de atención al cliente; el trato es pésimo y pareciera que reciben su pago a cambio de decir las menos palabras posibles como por ejemplo responder a un saludo o a un gracias.
Las instalaciones del hotel están bonitas, nos hospedados en la habitación con jacuzzi que está espectacular, sin embargo no tenían en habitación ni en recepción vasos.
Es una lástima que un hotel tan bonito y cómodo no cuente con personal amable y afable.
Receptionists could be given a crash course in: customer service; The treatment is terrible and it seems that they receive their payment in exchange for saying the fewest possible words, such as responding to a greeting or a thank you.
The hotel facilities are nice, we stayed in the room with the jacuzzi which is spectacular, however they did not have glasses in the room or at the reception.
It is a pity that such a nice and comfortable hotel does not have friendly and personable staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general es un lugar seguro. La pasas bien la limpieza es aceptable. En punto en contra es... La diferencia de precios entre su página y lo que pagas al llegar y solicitar habitación. Por esa razón no los califico mejor.
In general it is a safe place. You have a good time, cleanliness is acceptable. The point against is... The difference in prices between your page and what you pay when you arrive and request a room. For that reason I don't rate them higher.
