★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA, súper irrespetuosos, cuando siempre fui amable con ellos, además el WIFI intermitente y lentísimo, la luz del cuarto no funcionaba, su televisión se prende sola y es complicado tener agua caliente.
Llegamos por recomendación de otro tipo a quien se le pago, POR ACUERDO DEL PROPIO HOTEL, entre ellos incumplieron y quien tuvo que pagar los platos rotos fui yo.
Fui por trabajo, pero aún sabiendo eso y poniendo en riesgo algunas de mis actividades laborales, deberla ni temerla, me intentaron correr, cuando ya estaba pactado el día y se había pagado por ello, SE PORTARON SÚPER NEFASTOS, con malas caras y comportamientos groseros, cuando no tuve la culpa de la negociación con su intermediario; quisieron cobrarme algunos servicios a sobre precio.
Las instalaciones no están mal, PERO PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN, sinceramente en la vida regresaría y salvo que no les importe que les cambien las circunstancias a último momento y de contentillo, NO LES RECOMIENDO IR, además que el WI-FI ES PÉSIMO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo fui con mi familia y nos la pasamos muy bien el trato de los dueños nos agrado!! Fueron muy serviciales, mis niñas les encantó la alberca ya que el agua está calientita y preparan una parrillada para chuparse los dedos además de que el desayuno es muy rico y las habitaciones limpias, me encantó y regresaré en cuanto me sea posible, lo recomiendo.

They were very helpful, my girls loved the pool since the water is warm and they prepare a barbecue to lick your fingers in addition to the fact that the breakfast is very rich and the rooms are clean, I loved it and I will return as soon as possible, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para empezar no soy una persona que se complace fácilmente así que de una vez empiezo! La habitación que me tocó estuvo realmente cómoda! Desde el hecho de estar limpia hasta el aroma que uff me encantó! El administrador nos invitó a meternos a la alberca... Ya que es climatizada y el agua estuvo súper rica!!! Nos llevaron a la mesa del jardín unas limonadas súper refrescantes y glotoneamos con una papas a la francesa que estuviron en perfecta cocción! Al anochecer prendieron la fogata y en la mañana nos prepararon el desayuno al momento osea súper fresco todo! (Jugo de naranja, fruta y huevos!! Pan y café) juro que no me quería ir!! Así que 10 de 10!! El personal muy amable!

El cual cumplió con nuestras expectativas y aunque solo íbamos por una noche nos terminamos quedando dos más. Realmente tiene lo necesario para no salir absolutamente del hotel, la alberca tiene dos áreas una espacial para los niños. El servicio y la.atencion muy buena, el lugar limpio y acogedor. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bonito los espacios verdes y el área de alberca pero las camas están incómodas la comida estaba buena pero se tardaron mucho otra cosa que deberían hacer es implementar medidas drásticas ya que el día que me hospede ahí había huéspedes muy ruidosos cerca de nuestra habitación y no se pudo dormir bien como lo permitieron por que dejaron de escuchar música hasta las 12:30 y no se había atendido las quejas de otros huéspedes cercanos pero todavía se habían quedado a platicar pero como es posible prohibir la estancia de mascotas en el área de comida y no se establezca un límite de horario en las fiestas y no dispersarlos para que lo hicieran en sus terrazas
The place is nice, the green spaces and the pool area but the beds are uncomfortable the food was good but it took a long time another thing they should do is implement drastic measures since the day I stayed there there were very noisy guests near our room and it was not possible to sleep well as they allowed it because they stopped listening to music until 12:30 and the complaints of other nearby guests had not been addressed but they had still stayed to talk but how is it possible to prohibit the stay of pets in the area of food and not establishing a time limit at parties and not dispersing them so they could do it on their terraces
