Camas de tambor y cabecera metálicas muy viejas, ruidosas y desvencijadas, colchones de resorte ya muy usados, se sienten los resortes y no descansas. Sale malos olores de las coladeras del baño. Agua tibia a fría (imposible bañarse). Era invierno y, de 12 familiares que ocupamos, ninguno se animó a bañarse. Su propietario, sr. Enrique Pérez dá excusas tontas a todo ésto, no resuelve.
