Hay spa y servicio al cuarto. Internet y cable. Muy buena vista al tepozteco. Buena atención y diseño. En la alberca puedes estar hasta las 12.00 de la noche sin hacer ruido para no molestar... Una habitación con dos camas matrimoniales 1,600. The hotel is very quiet... No es que sea malo el hotel, pero me dejo mucho que desear su actitud y creo que es por el trato que ella da. Te “pide”cumplir con “reglamentos” que no proporcionan o comunican jamás, cómo el uso del estacionamiento o las condiciones de tu estancia. El Sr. Agustín fue amable y servicial, pero dependerá de a quién encuentres la experiencia que te dejé este lugar. Very uncomfortable walking on hills! Tiny parking! Room! One ?️ room without AC. Without WATER! In the morning it was only cold but by 10 they are like pushing you out, because there was no water at all! Commodities! Swimming pool! That doesn't work! Half full,dirty with a pipe out!!!! Cold as hell! I tried to put my legs inside! But around it is very beautiful! Artificial grass and comfy chairs,nice playground for kids! Food! Get ready for vegan options! But I should admit they fed us at 1.00 am,so it was nice of them to provide such an option! Very expensive but we were not hungry! Would not recommend it!
i	isibma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is overpriced, the staff is really shy and didn't have my information details handy. There is no internet, they offered to take a look but it was so late in the night that sounded suspicious. They don't have AC or even a fan and the air circulation is non existent. We didn't have toilet paper in the room, the rooms looks new-ish but they are not finished, a lot of room for improvement. The remote for the TV wasn't there either. The drain for the shower was all clogged so the water took so long to drain, they don't have any soap holders so you ended up having to use a window ledge as a holder which it was full of old soaps and shampoos containers. They don't have toilet seats so good luck squatting. For the price was so bad!!! Maybe 1/3 or 1/4 of the price will actually reflect what you are getting.
