★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general el lugar es bueno, limpio y tranquilo, pero mi única queja es que los cuartos son super calientes y es sofocado llegar después de una caminata por la ciudad y que el cuarto esté caliente y húmedo.
Es la segunda vez que me hospedó y paso lo mismo.
Si pudieran poner un sistema de ventilación mejor el lugar estaría perfecto.
El personal es atento y educado.
Pero está muy poco ventilado.

If they could put a better ventilation system the place would be perfect.
The staff is attentive and polite.

Nos quedamos en el piso 4 habitaciones 34 y 35 y fue imposible dormir ya que hay una bomba de agua que estuvo prendida desde que llegamos y sonaba muy fuerte, los cuartos en ese piso son diminutos y hace muchísimo calor, aunque sí hay un ventilador por cuarto.
Los pasillos son pequeños y se escucha el llegar de todos.
Sí vas por una noche y quieres algo muy céntrico y accesible está bien, si quieres descansar y disfrutar de tu hotel este no es.
A pesar de leer reseñas dónde otros se quejan y les dicen que no se les hizo reembolso, nos reembolsaron la segunda noche.
The hotel is very well located and clean.
We stayed on the 4th floor, rooms 34 and 35, and it was impossible to sleep since there is a water pump that has been on since we arrived and it was very loud, the rooms on that floor are tiny and it is very hot, although there is a fan for fourth.
The corridors are small and you can hear everyone's arrival.
If you go for one night and want something very central and accessible, that's fine, if you want to rest and enjoy your hotel, this is not it.
Despite reading reviews where others complained that they were not refunded, we were refunded for the second night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel's room is small but spacey enough, the bed is hard but considering the price. it's passable. What is unacceptable however is the sound of the pump ringing through the walls and make in it impossible to sleep (isn't the whole purpose of a hotel sleeping?).
I can also hear music deriving from one of the other rooms around, which means the walls are thin as paper. All this I am writing at 3am in the morning.
So..
What is my advice? Would you like to sleep? Find another hotel! Hopefully I will be able to a refund in the morning so I can find a decent place to sleep in (the person on call tells me he can't do nothing and I have to wait for the manager tomorrow).
