★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegue con mi pareja y de entrada la persona (hombre) que estaba en recepción con una mala actitud, pedí una habitación y nos quería dar una habitación doble. Le dije q no y le comenté a mi pareja q fuéramos a buscar otro. En ese momento el de la recepción nos escucho y nos dijo q tenía una habitación sencilla pero q estaba reservada pero, q ya mejor nos las daba. La verdad la atención no fue muy buena y más tarde decidí salir a comprar algo para cenar y cuando dejamos la llave en la recepción para salir a cenar, su cara del chavo de recepción fue así de "no se nada". Pésima actitud, la habitación limpia para el momento, y el costo 250 toda la noche.
I arrived with my partner and at the entrance the person (man) who was at the reception with a bad attitude, I asked for a room and he wanted to give us a double room. I told him no and told my partner that we should go find another one. At that moment the receptionist listened to us and told us that he had a simple room but that it was reserved but, that he better give it to us. The truth was that the attention was not very good and later I decided to go out and buy something for dinner and when we left the key at the reception to go out to dinner, the face of the guy at the reception was like "I don't know anything". Terrible attitude, the room is clean at the moment, and the cost is 250 for the whole night.
