It is an inexpensive hotel and it is well worth it, it has a fan, stove, refrigerator and if it saves you enough, the employees are very friendly and the pool is also very nice.

For the price I guess it's fine, but it doesn't have air conditioning and it gets horrible heat at night so you have to leave the windows wide open on a super noisy street

I liked the attention of the staff, the daily cleaning, what made me sad is the little tourism in Acapulco. The pool is pretty good

Very good for what you pay, it does not have air conditioning but it has a quite powerful ceiling fan and it is well located near the Oxxo ravine with a mini fridge and the basics

Hidden but very well located there are places to eat nearby, very easy to move to other beaches and other places of interest within the Acapulco area, there is care in cleaning do not expect a luxury hotel for the price, it is simply a place to to spend the night and rest

Great staff. Don't stay on south side. To hot, no AC. POOL was nice. Bed....well, they need new beds. Lol

Other reviews woefully out of date and overstate the quality of this place. Insist on one of the few rooms with air-con for an extra 100 pesos/night. Upon arrival, desk man tried to give a low-floor room in spite of (granted) request for assigned hi-floor corner room w/ balcony (and surprise air-con option; #19). Required a call outside to an English-speaker who wasn't exactly supportive despite advance approvals. Every fixture/finish stained/pitted. Bedding clean. Refrigerator uncleaned but worked. Room sunny/pleasant with good ventilation in Covid times; other rooms appeared dark/dismal/hot. It IS quiet, that is a plus, and has a depressing pool that is better than none. But poor service. A desk person sadly with a developmental disability literally rendering her without speech. Sorry but this is a hotel, and this is a big problem and a disrespect of the customers. BTW, no family in evidence, no pizza, no nothing. No Uber here and no cabs around at night. You'd have to hope to hail one during the day; they can't arrange one. Trusty food options all in the vicinity of the Zocalo/the more populated beaches, frankly a better jumping-off point to explore everything. The nearby beaches referenced are dirty/not worth it, having seen them all. Sure, walk to the cliff-divers at night, but the Mirador hotel itself proves not worth seeing. View of the divers best on the public platforms. You still have to take a bus to get to Caleta/Caletilla--not the kind of beaches you came to Acapulco for, but nice for a single afternoon; that same bus can be caught all along the Costera for 10 pesos. You do not have to stay nearby for this experience.
