★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel for the most part is OK. The staff who work here are very friendly and helpful! My biggest issue is, Why are the entry doors always locked during the day ? You go outside to use the Pool or Facilities and you can't get back in !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some rooms are beautiful and others are too dark and lack of maintenance. Desk service and waiter's service is good.
It was surprising and worrying that dry cleaner's people "entered" the room to ask us if we had any clothes for them. After that, we realized one of our wallets went missing, but we cannot assure it was them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That hotel is better at advertising itself than taking care of its facilities. The room windows were mossy, breakfast was a rip-off, they serve refills of watery coffee even if you don't want any, the bathroom stank of cigarette smoke, and the so-called "tennis courts" are some run down playground for squirrels.
I must admit, the pool is nice and the view on the lake is scenic, but if the most important features of a hotel (such as room care and food are) are neglected, no need to try selling dreams to your guests. This 5 star would at best be a 3 star in other countries...
