HOTEL TIERRAS BLANCAS - 51200 Valle de Bravo

The hotel is very good, it is recently remodeled, nice and clean rooms. The only inconvenience is the street to get to the hotel since it is very narrow and it is difficult to travel

The place is hidden!, but well the rooms are recently remodeled (May 2022) what I did not like is that the pool is small and is exposed to the parking lot!. Since they are making changes, they should contemplate it!

Very spacious hotel with a nice design although they are still remodeling it, the only detail is that the rooms do not have air conditioning and/or fans as well as restaurant service for everything else everything is perfect

I find it very unpleasant that the staff that attends, do not all know the same policies or rules of your establishment.! I stayed with my family to spend a few days off.! We would be there for 2 days, on the second day they tell my husband that he has to vacate the room because it was already reserved for someone else.!! Which obviously annoys me since you don't come to be angry, but to spend days of tranquility. In the end I stayed in my room, but it was very uncomfortable since the receptionist never offered an apology for her bad service and on top of everything she kept telling me that she would let me have the room And that the extra person who was my son was not charging me ..!!! Surprised I told him what are you talking about!? When you go to a hotel to stay, they are supposed to inform you of everything before you check into their hotel.!!! I am left with a bad taste in my mouth, we went out to breakfast and they did not clean the room, we had to wait sitting on the stairs for it to be cleaned, and it is not the fault of the cleaning staff, we know that they only receive instructions….in definitely if they made our day bitter with their actions…?they treated us badly.!! They have to have tact to serve customers and they must think that people are going to spend a few days at ease They have very poor organization.

I liked the hotel because the rooms are very spacious and clean, with a nice aesthetic, cable TV and functional WiFi. It also has a pool, although it is not very big, it works well to relax for a while. As for the location, I liked it because it is far from the hustle and bustle of the historic center of Valle de Bravo, but not so far away as to not be able to walk there.
