I’m in love with this place! Lovely spacious room, fantastic pool and friendly staff. Colourful neighbourhood with wonderful food options.

Tiki Tiki is the kind of hotel that reminds you that no matter how special the facilities, it's people that make the difference. Sure, they have incredibly comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool, free access to the pools and a yoga class at Holistika (their sister hotel down the road), even an awesome on-site mixologist, but what really stood out for me about the Tiki Tiki was the level of friendly, personal service and willingness to help out. We had a car rental disaster on our arrival in Cancun - we'd lost our credit card and had only a debit card left, so the rental company wouldn't give us the car (despite the children falling asleep on the pavement!) and we had to get a cab south to the hotel. The next day, while we were discussing what to do, the hotel manager overheard us and within hours had sorted us out with a local private hire at a better price than the original rental. They even printed and scanned some documents for us that we needed to send back home! Hotels have to compete with AirBnBs these days, and that's often tricky on price. Service like this is how you do it.

We had a truly exceptional experience at this hotel. From the kind staff who helped us with EVERYTHING we needed to the fresh breakfast and trendy downstairs bar (awesome drinks too!). We loved it here and will always book Tiki Tiki when visiting Tulum!

My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon in December. It was perfect. Excellent cocktails, away from the craziness, clean rooms, friendly staff. I'd highly recommend for your stay. (We are a professional couple, no kids in our 30s)

Best cat receptionist I have met in a while (see pic :3 ) Jokes aside, Tiki Tiki is a wonderful hotel where mid-century aesthetics meet contemporary minimalism. The common area is a dream, the location is quiet and the team is super kind. However, some thicker room doors for better privacy and a better wi-fi could have been great. Nonetheless, I would recommend this piece of heaven to anybody and I will look no further if ever back again in Tulum. Thank you so much!

This hotel's great, a must book in Tulum for a quiet but stylish break. The bar serves perfectly mixed cocktails, whilst the breakfast is simple but fresh. Rooms are a good size and the communal areas are perfect - chilled playlists (check them out on Spotify) and lots of space to sit back and relax.

Quite spot, very close to Holistica with reciprocal benefits which made the stay worth it. Beautiful design, amazing breakfast every morning. The pool is more for looks than function so don’t book your stay based on pool or relaxing by it. Great stop for a night or two!

Nice, quiet hotel with hammocks and lounge chairs. It’s set amongst lush vegetation! (I saw a parrot!) When their pool had an issue, they invited us to the larger, nicer pools of their neighboring hotel, Holistika. One yoga class is free for each Tiki Tiki guest at the neighboring Holistika (book in-person). Pool towels were available from Tiki Tiki. The regular bartender at Tiki Tiki, Damien, has something of a cult following, and the other bartender is super nice (the Tiki Tiki drink is best known). And to our surprise, breakfast is served daily! However, don’t expect it to be ready promptly at 8am as advertised. I also appreciated the pets around, which seem well-cared for.
