★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is double the price of nearby hotels, yet the inside of the rooms literally resembles a cheap Motel 6. The toilet was dirty when I got to my room. ? they spent more money on the lobby than they ever have on the rooms. I heard the Hotel Reforma is much better. I’ll try that one next time I’m in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is small and extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom is no better. Tv is in a breakneck place and barely works. Beds are rock hard. Hallways are confusing. Room has a window to the wide open hallway. People roaming the halls all night, very creepy seeing their shadows keep passing the window. No breakfast included. No AC but a fan that barely works. No carts to pull large amounts of luggage. Room was dirty. Never staying here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't expecting luxury for the price, but the room that we stayed for 3 nights with double bed, was depressing. Old, smelling bad.. The bed sheets and pillows from the 90's .. we slept without pillows.
The receptionists needs to smile.
The only good thing is the location, nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this hotel 4 yrs ago and wonderful service and clean rooms. Now the room I checked in and the room had lights burnt out and had to call for them to change also very low light, and floor was not clean with hair and dirt, and found roaches in the room. No ironing board. And no do not disturb sign for the door.
