★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El señor Alberto, al parecer encargado en la recepción del hotel, es una persona poco atenta, malhumorada, descortés, nada le parece.
En las habitaciones del hotel, no cuentan con agua caliente.
El estacionamiento no cuenta con vigilancia, y los encargados del hotel no se hacen responsables de daños a vehículos a pesar de ser huéspedes de su hotel.
A diferencia del encargado, las señoras del aseo muy amables, atentas y ordenadas.
 Mr. Alberto, apparently in charge of the hotel reception, is an inattentive person, moody, impolite, nothing seems to him.
In the hotel rooms, they do not have hot water.
The parking lot is not guarded, and hotel managers are not responsible for damage to vehicles despite being guests of your hotel.
Unlike the manager, the cleaning ladies are very friendly, attentive and orderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están helados las habitaciones, les falta arreglo y un nuevo diseño de interiores, se que solo es para unos días pero entre más esté arreglado es más la gente que llegara, yo nunca iré de nuevo.
The rooms are frozen, they need repair and a new interior design, I know it's only for a few days but the more it is fixed, the more people will come, I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado. Terrible servicio por parte del señor que ahí atiende. Sucio. SIN agua caliente y no lo solucionaron. Ya vi que varios se quejan de lo mismo aquí. NO RECOMENDABLE.
Watch out. Terrible service by the gentleman who attends there. Dirty. NO hot water and they didn't fix it. I've seen several complain about the same thing here. NOT RECOMMENDABLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal el sumamente amable. El hotel está a unos pasos de la terminal de autobuses. Y el camión que te lleva al centro hace base prácticamente a unos metros. Las habitaciones lindas y limpias.
The staff extremely friendly. The hotel is a few steps from the bus terminal. And the truck that takes you to the center makes a base practically a few meters away. The rooms nice and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muy limpio, y me gustó porque tiene estacionamiento. El personal tuvo un buen trato ademas de que olvide mi celular en la habitación y después de 1 hora y media me di cuenta marque y ya lo tenian en recepción.
Very clean place, and I liked it because it has parking. The staff had a good treatment in addition to that I forgot my cell phone in the room and after 1 hour and a half I realized I dial and they already had it in reception.
