Regrese unas horas más tarde por ellas y pues ya habían comenzado con la limpieza . No los encontré pero tampoco pude ver a la mucama . Me parece irresponsable qué simplemente digan que no había nada . Sin preguntar a la persona que limpia el cuarto . Cuando yo olvidé llevármelos !!!. Sigo marcando sin respuesta del hotel . Y mañana espero regresar y que me los entreguen . Fue un error de mi parte olvidarlos . Pero qué tipo de hotel no regresa tus pertenecías . Cuando estás pagando por la estadía de mismo . Hello ! Today I forgot a bag with pedicure instruments. Approx. 10 instruments. I returned a few hours later for them and they had already started cleaning. I didn't find them but I couldn't see the maid either. It seems irresponsible to me that they simply say that there was nothing. Without asking the person who cleans the room. When I forgot to take them !!!. I keep dialing with no answer from the hotel. And tomorrow I hope to return and have them delivered to me. It was a mistake on my part to forget them. But what kind of hotel does not return your belongings. When you are paying for the same stay.

This hotel located in front of the monument to the flags in the state capital, I did not stay, I went to the multipurpose room for advice, the place was very clean and spacious, the reception service was good, it has air conditioning, it was nice to be there.

Hotel bien cuidado y con óptimo mantenimiento. Sin duda regresaría si tengo necesidad de quedarme en Chilpancingo. El personal también muy amable. This is a four stars hotel, and, despite it can be seen somewhat simple, for the size of the city that is Chilpancingo, it's actually a very good hotel. The value for money is good and it's not in a bad location inside the city. The service is good and has space for parking inside the facilities. For some reason in the night that we stayed in the hotel there was no hot water, but that's unusual and maybe just asking some help would've been enough for solving the problem. This place fulfilled 95% of my expectations.
